Abstract

一种双传感器火焰检测探头用分光镜模块,包括,上、下支架,相互连接形成长方体结构;上、下支架的结合面呈阶梯型,结合面的上下部为相互平行的上下平面,中部是45度斜面;斜面中央设入射孔及与之贯通的反射孔;下支架中央开设一透射孔;沿透射孔周向设一分光镜室;上支架斜面设凸台;分光镜,呈正方形,设于下支架分光镜室内,分光镜上下设橡胶垫圈;上、下支架通过紧固螺钉将上、下支架紧固在一起,将分光镜压紧在分光镜室内。入射的火焰辐射光抵达45°角的斜面上分光镜,紫外光线从入射的火焰辐射光中分离出来,并与入射光成90°方向从反射孔反射出去,而入射的火焰辐射光中红外光线不改变方向透过分光镜从透射孔射出。
