本实用新型涉及一种多缸汽油发动机的后驱排气歧管总成,包括安装板、多条气道、排气出口管、球面安装法兰及氧传感器,多条气道一端设于安装板上,多条气道另一端两两气道汇合,在气道汇合成一路后与排气出口管一端连接,在气道与排气出口管连接处安装有氧传感器,排气出口管的另一端设置有球面安装法兰,球面安装法兰包括法兰安装板及安装圆柱,安装圆柱设于法兰安装板上。采用两两气道汇合的气流,压力损失减小20%,提高了发动机性能、减小气流间的干扰,排气歧管各缸不均匀性有效降低,氧传感器获取信号更稳定;在气道最终汇合处安装氧传感器,有效监测发动机废气氧含量,合理的控制发动机空燃比,提高发动机性能和燃油经济性。

The assembly comprises a mounting plate, a plurality of air passages, an exhaust outlet pipe, a spherical mounting flange and an oxygen sensor, wherein one ends of the air passages are arranged on the mounting plate, the other ends of the air passages are converged in pairs, and after the air passages are converged into one passage to be connected with one end of the exhaust outlet pipe, the oxygen sensor is mounted at the connecting position between the air passage and the exhaust outlet pipe, the spherical mounting flange is arranged at the other end of the exhaust outlet pipe, the spherical mounting flange comprises a flange mounting plate and a mounting column, and the mounting column is arranged on the flange mounting plate. The air stream in the converged air passages in pairs is adopted, the pressure loss is reduced by 20%, the performance of the engine is improved, the interference among the air stream is reduced, the nonuniformity of each cylinder of an exhaust manifold is effectively reduced, and the signals obtained by the oxygen sensor is steadier; the oxygen sensor is mounted at the finally converged position of the air passages, so that the oxygen content of the waste gas of the engine is effectively monitored, the air-fuel ratio of the engine is reasonably controlled, and the performance of the engine and the economy of fuel oil are improved.
