本实用新型涉及一种催化蒸馏装置,具体涉及一种用于大型化装置的催化蒸馏装置。包括上部的精馏段、中部的反应段和下部的提馏段,精馏段的顶部设有气相物料出口,精馏段的侧线设有原料进口,提馏段的底部设有液相物料出口;其特征在于:包括催化剂床层、汽相通道和固定梁,反应段的内壁上固定设置催化剂床层和固定梁,汽相通道的底部用螺丝固定在催化剂床层上,汽相通道的上部固定在固定梁上。本实用新型解决了催化蒸馏塔中通过催化剂床层的汽相分布不均匀的问题,汽相通道使通过催化剂床层的汽液相负荷均匀分布,上行汽相负荷有效减少了因为不均匀分布造成的局部冲击。
The utility model relates to a catalytic distillation device, in particular to a catalytic distillation device used for a large device. The catalytic distillation device comprises an upper rectifying section, a middle reaction section and a lower stripping section, wherein a gas-phase material outlet is formed in the top of the rectifying section, a raw material inlet is formed in the side edge of the rectifying section, and a liquid-phase material outlet is formed in the bottom of the stripping section. The catalytic distillation device is characterized by further comprising a catalyst bed layer, vapor-phase channels and a fixing beam, wherein the catalyst bed layer and the fixing beam are fixed on the inner wall of the reaction section, the bottom parts of the vapor-phase channels are fixed on the catalyst bed layer through screws, and upper parts of the vapor-phase channels are fixed on the fixing beam. According to the catalytic distillation device, the problem of non-uniform distribution of vapor phases passing the catalyst bed layer in the catalytic distillation device is solved, vapor-phase and liquid-phase loads passing the catalyst bed layer are distributed uniformly by virtue of the vapor-phase channels, and local impact caused by non-uniform distribution is effectively reduced by upstream vapor-phase loads.
