Provided is a PEEK artificial spine intervertebral disk, comprising an upper end plate, a lower end plate, and a prosthetic disc nucleus disposed between the upper end plate and the lower end plate. The material of the prosthetic disc nucleus is biomedical stainless steel, CoCrMo, or biological ceramics. The upper end plate and the lower end plate are made of PEEK. Three-dimensional rotation movement is formed among the prosthetic disc nucleus, the upper end plate, and the lower end plate, so as to provide normal movement function of a spine intervertebral disk of a human body. The spine intervertebral disk uses the upper end plate and the lower end plate made of PEEK, so biocompatibility is good, self-lubricity is good, and is wear resistant. The prosthetic disc nucleus is good in mechanical property and high in strength. The spine intervertebral disk is characterized by simple structure, good biocompatibility, wide application range, and is durable.
