本实用新型提供了一种用于发动机正时系统的导轨总成,包括固定导轨和张紧导轨,还包括多个定位螺栓,所述固定导轨和张紧导轨通过多个所述定位螺栓固定,所述固定导轨和张紧导轨能够沿所述定位螺栓的轴向方向浮动,所述定位螺栓的头部沿定位螺栓的轴向方向向内凹陷形成凹陷部,所述定位螺栓与头部相对应的端部设置有螺纹,所述定位螺栓的头部与端部的中间部分为光杆,且所述定位螺栓的光杆与端部相连接处沿定位螺栓的径向方向凹陷形成环形凹槽。该实用新型解决了发动机正时系统中的导轨因定位不准确而容易磨损的问题。
The utility model provides a guide rail assembly for an engine timing system. The guide rail assembly comprises a fixing guide rail and a tensioning guide rail and further comprises a plurality of positioning bolts. The fixing guide rail and the tensioning guide rail are fixed through the positioning bolts. The fixing guide rail and the tensioning guide rail can float in the axial directions of the positioning bolts. The heads of the positioning bolts sink inwards in the axial directions of the positioning bolts to form sunken portions. The ends, corresponding to the heads, of the positioning bolts are provided with threads. The middle parts of the heads and the ends of the positioning bolts are polish rods, the connection positions of the polish rods and the ends of the positioning bolts sink in the radial direction of the positioning bolts to form annular grooves. The guide rail assembly solves the problem that abrasion to the guide rails occurs easily due to imprecise positioning in the engine timing system.
