本实用新型涉及一种岩棉金属抗风复合板,括外侧钢板、内侧钢板、设置在外侧钢板及内侧钢板之间的岩棉芯材,外侧钢板的两边分别设置公扣边及母扣边,内侧钢板的两边分别设置与外侧钢板两边相对应的母扣边及公扣边,两块复合板在连接时通过两侧相互匹配的母扣边及公扣边卡扣连接,在公扣边与母扣边的连接处设置有连接垫片,该连接垫片呈折弯状结构,套接在公扣边上,连接垫片的上表面开设有连接孔,自攻螺钉通过该连接孔穿设过连接垫片、外侧钢板、岩棉芯材及内侧钢板,将复合板固定连接在外墙面上。与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有抗风性能得到显著加强、安装简便、适用范围广泛等优点。

The two sides of the outer steel plate are provided with a male buckle edge and a female buckle edge respectively. The two sides of the inner steel plate are provided with a female buckle edge and a male buckle edge respectively, and the female buckle edge and the male buckle edge correspond to the two sides of the outer steel plate respectively. Two composite plates can be connected in a buckled mode through the female buckle edges and the male buckle edges matched with the female buckle edges on the two sides of each composite plate. Connecting gaskets are arranged at the joints between the male buckle edges and the female buckle edges.
